Reviving the Kalesa as Mode of Transport?

marinduque rising: Pleasures with Kalesas, Gasan's 'Kalesayahan': A mode of transportation in the Philippines during the Spanish period is the kalesa, a horse-drawn cart with two wheels that could take in.....
