There is section in downtown Stockton( China Town), California called Little Manila. Macrine and I had been to this historic site a number of times when we were still residing in Modesto, way back in the late 1970's. It is a historic site and the video below shows that a group of Filipino-American residents in the area are working hard to preserve this section in the City of Stockton.
